Done-for-you marketing · Pay per lead

Stop paying for effort.
Pay for leads.

Leadamax runs your marketing end to end. Paid ads, cold email, LinkedIn, whichever channel your market actually answers. No retainer. You pay an agreed price for each qualified lead delivered, and the definition of qualified is written down before anything launches.

Thirty minutes. A diagnosis, not a pitch. If we cannot price your lead with confidence, we tell you on the call.

The model

Two ways to buy marketing

The retainer

  • A fixed fee leaves your account on the first of the month.
  • It pays for hours, meetings, and reports.
  • It is owed whether leads arrive or not.
  • The agency is paid in full before the first result exists.

You carry the risk.

Pay per lead

  • A written spec defines what a qualified lead is.
  • A per-lead price in dollars is fixed before launch.
  • Your invoice is a list of leads, each with its evidence.
  • A lead that fails the spec is not billed.

We only earn when a lead exists.

The spec

What counts as a lead

The word lead has ruined more marketing deals than any budget ever has, because two parties hold two definitions of it. So we write ours down and sign it before launch. A billable lead meets all four criteria.

  1. 01

    A real, reachable person

Accurate name and working direct contact details, verified at delivery.

  2. 02

    In your market

Inside the industry, company profile, and territory we agreed in the spec.

  3. 03

    Showed intent

Replied positively, filled your form, called, or booked. Opens and clicks are not intent and are never billed.

  4. 04

    Matches your written spec

Any extra qualifiers you set, budget, role, timeline, are part of the definition, not a negotiation after the fact.

Never billable

  • Wrong or dead contact details
  • Out of territory or industry
  • Duplicates within ninety days
  • Auto-replies, bounces, and unsubscribes

The dispute window

Flag any lead within five business days of delivery. If it fails the spec, you do not pay for it. No forms, no committee. One email.

The channels

We sell the outcome, not a channel

Most agencies sell you the channel they happen to run. We pick the channel after looking at your offer, your ticket size, and where your buyers actually respond. The consultation decides the mix. These are the instruments.

Paid ads

Google and Meta campaigns built around your offer, with landing pages and call tracking. A lead is a form fill or a call from your target market.

Lead = form fill or inbound call

Cold email

Dedicated sending domains and mailboxes, verified prospect lists, deliverability managed daily. A lead is a positive reply from a decision maker.

Lead = positive reply

LinkedIn outbound

Targeted connection and message sequences from real profiles. A lead is a conversation with buying intent, handed to you live.

Lead = interested conversation

The infrastructure

Tracking, CRM handoff, and reporting are built once in setup and owned by you. Every lead lands with its evidence attached.

You own all of it

How it works

Four steps, one of them is a phone call

  1. 01

    The consultation

Thirty minutes on your offer, your numbers, and your market. We tell you whether pay per lead fits your business and which channel earns it. If it does not fit, we say so and you keep the analysis.

  2. 02

    The spec and the price

You receive a written lead definition, a fixed per-lead price in dollars, and an honest volume forecast. Nothing launches until you have signed off on all three.

  3. 03

    The build

We build the machine. Campaigns, copy, sending domains, landing pages, tracking. Setup covers the infrastructure and you own every piece of it from day one.

  4. 04

    Leads land, the ledger fills

Each qualified lead is delivered with its evidence and logged on your ledger. You are invoiced monthly for qualified leads only, with a dispute window on every line.

The markets

What clients say

Quotes, not case studies

These are real, named clients. We label them as what they are, relationship quotes. The case study is the campaign table, which is why it comes first.

Pricing

The mechanics, in the open

Agencies hide pricing because opacity converts confused buyers. We publish the mechanics because pay per lead only works when both sides can do the arithmetic.

No retainer

There is no monthly management fee. The ongoing cost of working with us is the per-lead price, and nothing else.

One-time setup

Setup covers infrastructure that costs real money. Sending domains, mailboxes, landing pages, tracking, creative. Every asset it buys belongs to you, and it is priced on the call once we know the build.

A fixed per-lead price

Set from your industry, territory, and lead depth. Written into the spec before launch. It does not move without your signature.

Invoiced monthly, in arrears

You pay at the end of the month for qualified leads delivered that month, itemized line by line, each with its evidence.

The terms, as copy, not as a PDF

  • Five business day dispute window on every lead. Failed spec means not billed.
  • No auto-renewal. Ever.
  • Month to month after launch. Cancel with thirty days notice.
  • You own the ad accounts, sending domains, data, and creative. Owner-level access from day one.
  • Your primary company domain is never used for sending.
  • Leads are exclusive to you. We never resell a lead.

The questions buyers actually ask

Asked before, answered here

What exactly counts as a qualified lead?

A real, reachable person, in your agreed market, who showed intent, and who matches the written spec we sign before launch. Opens and clicks never count. The full definition is on this page and in your contract, word for word.

What happens if a lead is junk?

You flag it within five business days. If it fails the spec, it comes off the invoice. We track return rates on our side too, because a quality problem is our cost either way, we would rather fix the targeting than argue a line item.

Who owns the ad accounts, domains, and data?

You do. Everything setup builds, ad accounts, sending domains, mailboxes, landing pages, lists, tracking, is registered to you with owner-level access from day one. If we part ways, it all stays with you.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Month to month after launch, thirty days notice to cancel, and no auto-renewal anywhere in the agreement. You stop when the arithmetic stops working.

Why is there a setup fee if this is pay per lead?

Because infrastructure costs real money before the first lead exists. Domains, mailboxes, landing pages, tracking, creative. The fee buys assets you own, not our time. It also means we both have skin in the game from week one.

How fast do leads start arriving?

Paid ads, usually days after launch. Cold outbound needs two to three weeks of domain warmup before volume ramps. Honest version: expect your first invoice in month one for ads, month two for outbound.

What stops you flooding me with volume over quality?

The spec. Unqualified leads are not billable, so junk volume costs us infrastructure money and earns nothing. The dispute window makes quality a contractual property, not a promise.

What actually happens on the consultation?

A diagnosis. We go through your offer, your ticket size, your market, and your current numbers, then tell you which channel fits and what your lead is likely to cost. You leave with a written recommendation whether or not we work together.
